EDU360 Academy – Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• “EDU360” refers to EDU THREE SIXTY ENTERPRISE.
• “Course” refers to the programme selected during registration.
• “Parent” refers to the parent or legal guardian responsible for registration and payment.
• “Student” refers to the child enrolled in the Course.
• “Fee” refers to the total course fee stated at the point of registration.
• “Coach” refers to EDU360 facilitators conducting the sessions.
• “Premises” refers to the location where classes are conducted.

2. Registration & Payment

• Registration is only confirmed upon full payment.
• All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where stated otherwise in this agreement.
• EDU360 reserves the right to deny participation if payment is incomplete.

3. Attendance & Class Policy

• Classes are scheduled in advance, and resources (LEGO sets, facilitators, materials) are allocated accordingly.
• No replacement classes, refunds, or carry-forward sessions will be provided for missed classes, regardless of reason.
• Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions as enrolled.

4. Punctuality

• Students should arrive on time for all classes.
• No extension or make-up time will be provided for late arrivals.

5. Conduct & Responsibility

• Students must follow all instructions given by Coaches at all times.
• Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from class without refund.
• Any damage caused to EDU360 equipment or property by the student will be chargeable to the Parent.

6. Safety & Liability

• EDU360 will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe learning environment.
• EDU360 shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during normal class activities, except in cases of proven negligence.
• Parents must inform EDU360 of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to the start of the Course.

7. Personal Belongings

• Students are advised not to bring valuables to class.
• EDU360 will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

8. Media Consent

• By enrolling, Parents consent to the use of photos/videos of Students taken during classes or events for educational, training, and marketing purposes (including social media and promotional materials).
• No personal information will be disclosed without consent.

9. Coaching & Scheduling

• EDU360 strives to maintain consistency in Coaches; however, we reserve the right to change Coaches or class schedules when necessary.
• EDU360 also reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. low enrolment, technical issues, emergencies).
• In such cases, a replacement session or alternative arrangement will be provided.

10. Withdrawal & Termination

Withdrawal must be submitted in writing via email to info@edu360.com.my.

Refund Policy

• No full refunds will be provided once the Course has commenced.

Partial Refund (if approved)

• Refunds, if granted, will be calculated based on 30% of remaining unattended classes, prorated per class.
• Processing time: within 7 working days upon approval.

Credit Transfer Option

• Remaining classes may be transferred to another student who:
  • is not an existing EDU360 student
  • has not attended any EDU360 trial class
• Credits will be transferred based on class value, with a 10% transfer fee deduction.

11. Communication

• Parents agree to be contacted via WhatsApp, phone, or email for class updates, reminders, and important announcements.

12. Agreement

By completing the registration and/or making payment, the Parent confirms that:

• All information provided is accurate
• They have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
